Biplob Sawtal: Learning with Hope and Determination
Biplob is an 11-year-old boy with a calm nature and a growing sense of ambition. He dreams of becoming a police officer one day, inspired by the idea of protecting others and serving his community. At school, he is beginning to explore his interests and develop confidence through learning and routine.
He lives with his parents in a tea-growing community in north-eastern Bangladesh. Both parents rely on modest daily labour, and household resources are limited. Meeting basic needs can be challenging, especially when it comes to ensuring consistent access to education. Despite this, Biplob grows up in a caring home where effort, responsibility, and schooling are strongly valued.
Through access to sponsorship, Biplob can continue his education in a safe and supportive school environment. School offers him structure, encouragement, and the opportunity to build discipline and self-belief. With steady learning and guidance, Biplob hopes to grow into an adult who contributes positively to his community through service and integrity.
