Apon Munda: Learning with Energy and Purpose
Apon is a 13-year-old boy with an energetic spirit and a strong curiosity for learning. He enjoys reading, playing football, and exploring games that challenge his thinking. At school, he shows enthusiasm and focus, and he dreams of becoming a doctor one day so he can help others and bring positive change to his community.
He lives with his parents in a tea-growing community in north-eastern Bangladesh. His family relies on modest, daily work, and meeting everyday needs can be challenging. Despite limited resources, his parents place great importance on education and do everything they can to support Apon’s growth and wellbeing.
Through access to sponsorship, Apon can continue his education in a stable and encouraging environment. School provides him with structure, guidance, and the confidence to keep working towards his goal. With consistent learning and support, Apon hopes to grow into an adult who contributes positively to his community through care and service.
